Sales Officer – Lighting Supply & Installation

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Officer to support our business through effective sales strategies, client acquisition, and relationship management. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction, infrastructure, or real estate sales, with a proven ability to meet sales targets in a project-based environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction and infrastructure sectors.
  • Promote and sell all kind of light fittings and solutions to clients including developers, government agencies, and private entities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and bids for construction projects.
  • Collaborate with project and technical teams to align sales with project capabilities and timelines.
  • Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and provide market insights.
  • Attend site visits, client meetings, industry expos, and networking events.
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and tenders in a timely manner.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction or infrastructure sector.
  • Strong understanding of the construction project lifecycle and procurement process.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, and sales reporting.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a strategic mindset.
  • Valid UAE driving license
