We are seeking a results-driven Sales Officer to support our business through effective sales strategies, client acquisition, and relationship management. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction, infrastructure, or real estate sales, with a proven ability to meet sales targets in a project-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction and infrastructure sectors.
- Promote and sell all kind of light fittings and solutions to clients including developers, government agencies, and private entities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and bids for construction projects.
- Collaborate with project and technical teams to align sales with project capabilities and timelines.
- Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and provide market insights.
- Attend site visits, client meetings, industry expos, and networking events.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and tenders in a timely manner.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction or infrastructure sector.
- Strong understanding of the construction project lifecycle and procurement process.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, and sales reporting.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a strategic mindset.
- Valid UAE driving license
