Key Responsibilities:
- Actively prospect, identify, and engage with clients interested in buying, selling, or renting residential and commercial properties.
- Manage and follow up on leads provided by the company or acquired independently.
- Schedule and conduct property viewings, accurately presenting property features and benefits to clients.
- Negotiate offers and close transactions efficiently while maintaining compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales cycle, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market trends, real estate laws, and industry developments.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Skills
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar client-facing role in the UAE market.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal and client service abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools is a plus.
- RERA certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Multilingual candidates are highly desirable.
