Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including hotel bookings, flight reservations, and airport transfers.
- Provide comprehensive support during travel, including accompanying the CEO when necessary to ensure seamless execution of plans.
- Handle logistics for deliveries, packing, and pick-up of parcels, equipment, and materials.
- Anticipate the CEO’s needs, offering proactive solutions and ensuring effective time management.
- Assist in managing schedules and ensuring deadlines are met.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
- Excellent multitasking and time-management abilities.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
