We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our CEO in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including hotel bookings, flight reservations, and airport transfers.
  • Provide comprehensive support during travel, including accompanying the CEO when necessary to ensure seamless execution of plans.
  • Handle logistics for deliveries, packing, and pick-up of parcels, equipment, and materials.
  • Anticipate the CEO’s needs, offering proactive solutions and ensuring effective time management.
  • Assist in managing schedules and ensuring deadlines are met.

Skills

Qualifications & Skills

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
  • Excellent multitasking and time-management abilities.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • A valid driver’s license is required.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
