Job Description:
As an Off-Plan Property Advisor, you’ll play a key role in helping clients find the best investment opportunities in Dubai’s booming real estate sector. You’ll manage leads, present projects, and build long-term client relationships — all while working with a flexible schedule and earning top-tier commissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell off-plan properties in Dubai.
- Advise clients on the best investment options based on their needs and goals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new project launches, developers, and market trends.
- Conduct virtual and in-person meetings with leads and clients.
- Generate and manage your own leads when needed.
- Build and maintain a strong client network through effective follow-ups and relationship management.
- Collaborate with marketing to align on promotional strategies and lead generation.
Skills
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (real estate preferred).
- Fluency in English and one of the following languages: French, Italian, Spanish, Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- A proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market is a plus.
- Comfortable working independently and managing your time efficiently.
