  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets for IT applications and infrastructure solutions.
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various sectors. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Sales Presentations & Demos: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits of our IT solutions and services.
  • Market Research & Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in IT infrastructure, applications, and technology solutions. Provide insights into market trends and competitor activities.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Provide regular reports on sales progress, forecasts, and market feedback.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure alignment between sales objectives and product offerings.
  • Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead the negotiation process, ensuring that contracts are signed and customer expectations are managed effectively.
  • Post-Sales Support: Assist in the transition of clients to the post-sales team, ensuring a smooth handover and addressing any client concerns.


Skills

  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in sales within the IT industry, preferably with a focus on IT infrastructure and application solutions in the Middle East.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT applications, IT infrastructure, and cloud-based solutions. Knowledge of current technology trends and innovations is a plus.
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets, with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Client Relationship Management: Ability to develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
  • Cultural Awareness: Understanding of the Middle Eastern business environment and cultural nuances in sales and client engagement.
  • Education: A degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
