We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the construction and industrial sectors within the UAE. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage contracts, drive profitability, and foster client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with company objectives.

• Lead contract negotiations and manage all commercial agreements.

• Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.

• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and contractual obligations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

• Build and maintain strong client and supplier relationships.


Requirements:


• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Manager in construction or industrial projects in the UAE.

• Strong understanding of UAE market dynamics and regulations.

• Expertise in contract management, procurement, and budgeting.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

• Valid UAE driving license.
