  • Facilitates implementation of new training, development, recruiting, and other related initiatives.
  • Coordinates and leads the implementation of new HR initiatives, including training, development, recruiting, and other related programs.
  • Creates data-driven reports on recruitment, retention, and compliance, presenting insights and recommendations to the management team.
  • Evaluating HR data and metrics to identify opportunities for enhancing the organizational culture, providing recommendations for improving talent acquisition, staff retention, motivation, and addressing compliance requirements.

Skills

  • Proficient with DMCC/ DAFZA/ SAIF-ZONE portals.
  • Excellent skills in Visa Processing, Trade License renewals, Tenancy contract renewals.
  • Proficient with HR software and experienced in using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Should be available to join immediately or within short notice period.
