Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Channel Sales Director to lead our growth initiatives in the European and American markets. This key role will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, strategic marketing, and building strong channel partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of international markets, particularly in Europe and the US, and possess a strong background in internet finance, e-commerce, blockchain, or digital currencies.
Key Responsibilities:
00001. Market Strategy & Customer Acquisition:
· Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies tailored for overseas markets (Europe and the US).
· Formulate customer acquisition strategies, set performance targets, and measure the effectiveness of campaigns with continuous improvement tracking.
00001. Channel Cooperation & Business Development:
· Establish and manage partnerships with key channels in European and American markets, including opportunities for collaboration, negotiations, and follow-up management.
· Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and develop market expansion strategies to improve brand presence and revenue generation.
· Cultivate relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers to boost brand awareness and drive engagement.
00001. Social Media & Brand Growth:
· Lead efforts to grow and manage social media presence across multiple platforms in European and American markets.
· Develop and execute targeted social media campaigns based on product priorities and market conditions, adjusting strategies as necessary for optimal results.

Job Requirements:
· Education & Language Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Economics, Management, or related fields.
· Proficiency in Chinese is highly preferred.
· Fluent in English; proficiency in additional European or American languages is a plus.
· Experience & Expertise:
· Prior experience in the internet finance industry, such as e-commerce, blockchain, digital currency, or financial derivatives trading is strongly preferred.
· Proven understanding of international marketing channels, with deep insights into industry trends and cultural nuances of European and American markets.
· Strong ability to spot emerging market trends and capitalize on them.
· Skills & Abilities:
· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Strong leadership capabilities, with prior experience managing cross-functional, international teams.
· Highly developed strategic thinking and market analysis skills, with the ability to execute complex plans in fast-paced environments.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
· Additional Qualifications:
· Preference for candidates with permanent residency in Europe or the US.
· Willingness to relocate to Dubai and travel as required for the role.
