Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to oversee and drive the performance of International - Asian & Arabic channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong experience in managing retail clients from UAE market, a creative & strategic mindset to boost sales, ensure customer satisfaction, and streamline executions. This role requires a dynamic individual who can manage multiple channels- linear TV & social media, capable of analysing the market trends to make data-driven decisions that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify & onboard retail clients on Client Network by pitching the assets available
- Create out of the box concepts by leveraging the assets available and to ensure concepts are ROI driven
- Deep understanding and must to be able to understand the scope of the market potential
- Capability to conceptualize & execute successful on ground Events/activations
- Excellent in creating presentations and presenting them to the retail clients
- Capable to sell all the impact properties across genres like Awards, cricket etc
- Ability to unlock different categories of clients on the network like Jewellery, Exchange Houses, FMCG etc will be critical
- Ability to be flexible & committed to align self to organizational goals a must
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in Sales in Media Company a must
- Strong understanding of sales forecasting, understanding of IPSOS & TAM.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and ability to work with larger team.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
