Sales Representative

As a Sales and Marketing Executive for Professional Services, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the market presence and sales performance of our professional services. Your role will involve building relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions to help them achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition and Retention:
  • Identify potential clients in the targeted markets and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business needs.
  • Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients and establish a timeline of performance.
  • Work with staff members from other departments to develop an integrated service package.

2 Marketing Strategy Development:

  • Collaborate with the marketing department to develop strategies for the company’s services.
  • Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.
  • Research and analyze market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies.

3 Brand Promotion:

  • Develop promotional material and campaigns to support sales and marketing objectives.
  • Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness.
  • Prepare content for the publication of marketing material and oversee distribution.

4 Sales Performance:

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales pipeline.
  • Develop and execute a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence in the market.
  • Prepare sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

5 Customer Service and Support:

  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
  • Build and maintain trusting relationships with key clients, customer stakeholders, and project sponsors.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

  • Proven working experience in sales and marketing, particularly within professional services.
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
