نبذة عن الشركة:
شركة كثيب للاستثمار هي إحدى الشركات الرائدة في مجال إدارة وتشغيل وصيانة المجمعات السكنية والمرافق التابعة لها. تسعى الشركة لتوظيف مهندس معماري ذو خبرة للانضمام إلى فريق العمل. سيكون المهندس المعماري مسؤولًا عن تقديم الحلول الهندسية للتعديلات المعمارية، دعم فرق الصيانة في الميدان، وتنفيذ التعديلات الهندسية البسيطة بناءً على احتياجات العملاء، بالإضافة إلى ضمان الالتزام بالمعايير الهندسية والصناعية.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• دعم فريق الصيانة الميداني:
  تقديم الدعم الفني والهندسي لفرق الصيانة الميدانية في حل المشاكل المعمارية، والتأكد من تنفيذ الحلول وفقًا لأصول الصنعة الهندسية وأعلى معايير الجودة.
• تقييم طلبات العملاء للتعديلات:
  استلام طلبات التعديلات المعمارية من العملاء، تقييمها من الناحية الهندسية والفنية، وتقديم الحلول المناسبة التي تلبي احتياجاتهم بما يتوافق مع المعايير المعمارية.
• تقييم طلبات الصيانة الدورية والطوارئ:
  فحص طلبات الصيانة من العملاء سواء كانت دورية أو طارئة، وتقديم التوجيهات الفنية لتحديد الإجراءات اللازمة لضمان تنفيذها بكفاءة وجودة عالية.
• المشاركة في استلام المشاريع:
  المشاركة في استلام المشاريع من شركة المقاولات، وفحص المباني والوحدات السكنية لضمان جاهزيتها وتسليمها للعملاء مع مراعاة جميع التفاصيل المعمارية، وضمان أن جميع الأنظمة تعمل بشكل سليم.
• أرشفة الوثائق المعمارية:
  أرشفة جميع الوثائق المتعلقة بالتعديلات والصيانة والمخططات بشكل منظم ودقيق، والتأكد من سهولة الوصول إليها عند الحاجة.
• إدارة ملف التأثيث الداخلي للوحدات السكنية:
  إدارة ملف التأثيث الخاص بالوحدات السكنية بناءً على طلبات العملاء، مع تنسيق وإشراف على تنفيذ الأعمال المتعلقة بالتأثيث داخل الوحدات.
• متابعة المخططات:
  متابعة جميع العمليات المتعلقة بالمخططات المعمارية، بما في ذلك استلام المخططات من المقاول، تسليمها للعملاء، إجراء التعديلات والتخصيصات اللازمة بناءً على احتياجات العميل.
• مراقبة جودة العمل:
  التأكد من أن جميع الأعمال المعمارية تتم وفقًا للمعايير الهندسية المعتمدة، من خلال مراقبة جودة التنفيذ ومراجعة جميع الأعمال المنفذة.
• إعداد التقارير الفنية:
  إعداد تقارير دورية عن سير العمل في التعديلات والصيانة، مع تقديم تقييم دقيق للأداء وجودة التنفيذ.
• التنسيق مع المقاولين والموردين:
  التنسيق مع المقاولين والموردين لضمان تنفيذ الأعمال المعمارية والتعديلات وفقًا للمواصفات المتفق عليها وفي الوقت المحدد.
• إدارة المخزون:
  إدارة المخزون الخاص بجميع المواد والمعدات المتعلقة بالأنظمة المعمارية، وضمان توفر جميع الموارد اللازمة لتنفيذ التعديلات والصيانة بكفاءة عالية.

المتطلبات:

• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في الهندسة المعمارية، ويفضل أن تكون في مشاريع الصيانة والتشغيل والترميمات.
• شهادة بكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية أو ما يعادلها.
• إجادة استخدام برامج التصميم الهندسي مثل AutoCAD و Revit.
• إجادة التعامل مع المخططات المعمارية وتنفيذ التعديلات والتصاميم الهندسية.
• إجادة التواصل مع العملاء لتقديم الاستشارات المعمارية والتعامل مع طلباتهم بشكل احترافي.
• إجادة استخدام برامج الحاسب الآلي وخصوصًا Microsoft Office (Excel و Word) لإعداد التقارير والمستندات.
• إقامة نظامية وإمكانية نقل الكفالة.

Kathib Investment is a leading company specializing in the management, operation, and maintenance of residential complexes and their associated facilities. The company is seeking an experienced Architectural Engineer to join the team. The architectural engineer will be responsible for providing engineering solutions for architectural modifications, supporting field maintenance teams, and implementing engineering adjustments based on client needs, while ensuring compliance with engineering and industrial standards.

Responsibilities:

• Support for Field Maintenance Teams:
  Provide technical and engineering support to field maintenance teams in solving architectural issues, ensuring that solutions are implemented according to the highest industry standards.
• Evaluate Client Requests for Modifications:
  Review architectural modification requests from clients, assess them from an engineering and technical perspective, and provide suitable solutions that meet their needs while adhering to architectural standards.
• Evaluate Requests for Routine and Emergency Maintenance:
  Assess maintenance requests from clients, whether routine or emergency, and provide technical guidance on necessary actions to ensure efficient and high-quality execution.
• Participation in Project Handover:
  Participate in project handovers from contractors, inspect buildings and residential units to ensure they are ready for client handover, ensuring all architectural details are considered and that systems are functioning properly.
• Archiving Architectural Documents:
  Archive all documents related to modifications, maintenance, and blueprints in an organized and accurate manner, ensuring easy access when required.
• Manage Interior Furnishing Files for Residential Units:
  Manage interior furnishing files for residential units according to client requests, coordinating and overseeing the execution of furnishing works within the units.
• Blueprint Management:
  Oversee all processes related to architectural blueprints, including receiving blueprints from contractors, handing them over to clients, and making necessary modifications and customizations based on client needs.
• Monitor Work Quality:
  Ensure that all architectural work is carried out according to approved engineering standards by regularly reviewing and ensuring the quality of executed tasks.
• Prepare Technical Reports:
  Prepare periodic reports on the progress of modifications and maintenance work, providing an accurate evaluation of performance and quality of execution.
• Coordinate with Contractors and Suppliers:
  Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure that architectural work and modifications are carried out as per agreed specifications and timelines.
• Inventory Management:
  Manage inventory of all materials and equipment related to architectural systems, ensuring that all necessary resources are available to execute modifications and maintenance efficiently.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural engineering, preferably in maintenance, operations, and renovation projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or equivalent.
• Proficiency in using engineering design programs such as AutoCAD and Revit.
• Proficiency in handling architectural blueprints and implementing modifications and engineering designs.
• Excellent communication skills with clients to provide architectural advice and address their requests professionally.
• Proficiency in using computer software, especially Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) for report writing and documentation.
• Valid residency and ability to transfer sponsorship.
