Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. In this role, you will be essential in generating new business opportunities and helping potential customers understand the value of our product, Daftra.
Duties & Responsibilities:
● Conduct cold calls to potential customers in designated territories, customer segmentation and industries.
● Generate and identify new leads using various online tools and resources.
● Utilize effective sales techniques to engage prospects and generate interest.
● Meet or exceed monthly targets for: Qualified Leads Generated & Sales Meetings Booked.
● Clearly explain the features and benefits of Daftra to potential customers.
● Answer questions and address concerns to help prospects understand how Daftra can solve their challenges.
● Coordinate with the sales team to book appointments for in-depth discussions and product demonstrations.
● Ensure that all meetings are scheduled in a timely manner to maximize sales opportunities.
● Arrange meetings with potential customers to discuss their needs and how our solutions can meet them.
● Prepare and deliver presentations that highlight best practices and the unique value of our offerings.
● Maintain regular communication with potential customers to nurture relationships.
● Track interactions and follow up on leads to ensure they are moving through the sales funnel.
Requirements & Qualifications:
● 0-1 year of experience in a similar role.
● Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
● Understanding of sales processes and techniques.
● Good Communication in English.
● Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
● Hard worker & Cooperative (individual & Team-player).
● Excellent time management and organizational skills.
