Job Summary:
ATAI Ltd. has appointed a QA/QC Officer, who irrespective of the other responsibilities, has defined
independence, authority and responsibility to implement the ATAI Quality Assurance System and control
changes it may demand.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Developing and maintaining the document system that controls the quality standards within the
organization, which includes amending, reviewing and issuing. This will include the
development of:
▪ The Quality Assurance manual
▪ The Quality Procedure manual
▪ The Quality Work Instructions Manual
▪ The quality Documents and Forms Manual
The QA/QC Officer is responsible for ensuring that all personnel in the organization are
adequately trained in procedures that affect their job function, and that they are aware of their
role within the QA system.
2. The co-ordination and execution of internal Quality Audits at least twice a year to ensure correct
implementation of the ATAI Quality Assurance System.
3. The maintenance of contract with the official certification organization.
4. Identifying and eliminating non-conformances within the quality system, as well as ensuring that
corrective actions are taken.
5. Identification and implementation of training for ATAI personnel for them quality assurance and
Electronic Quality System needs, especially when There are changes made to either system.
6. The registration of customer complaints, internal complaints, supplier complaints, and the
subsequent follow-up actions.
7. Preparation of Pre-qualification documents, technical submittal for the project.
8. Coordination of Activities related to development of product, marketing brochures such as
catalogue, flyers, etc.
9. Updating catalogue and responsible for keeping technical standard and specifications.
The QA/QC can delegate any task associated with his role to the QA /QC Coordinator whomsoever
designated by the Management. Notably he may delegate his authority but not his responsibility.
Skills
Qualifications:
▪ Graduate of Engineering with one year or more experience in Quality
▪ Assurance functions. Knowledge of ISO 9001-2015 standards and
▪ implementation. We should be able to organize and carry out internal Audits.
▪ have working knowledge of computers.
