Responsibilities:
- Management and achievement of sales goals of the company within assigned market segment namely in Qatar.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, and products.
- Forecast sales performance and set performance goals accordingly.
- Mentor and support junior sales team members, offering guidance and training.
- Developing and reviewing both short and long-term sales strategies of Company in Qatar market.
- Oversee the sales activities of the organization’s products/ services in for a spectrum of structured cabling, Data Communication, Data Center, UPS, Networking Components and cabinets Solutions for various market and industry segments in Qatar.
- Set long and short-term sales strategies for an assigned Account Portfolio or Marketing Segment.
- Exceeding the sales targets and objectives set for your area of responsibilities. Establishing, maintaining and expanding your current customer base. Servicing the needs of your existing customers. Collecting customer feedback and market research
- Coordinate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure aligned goals and optimal customer satisfaction.
- Making recommendations on product enhancements for improving sales potential.
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors improving pipeline.
- Establishing a professional, working, and consultative relationship with the client by developing a good understanding of the business needs.
- Maintaining knowledge of competitors in account to strategically position our products and services portfolio.
- Working harmoniously with clients & Finance for effective implementation and collections.
