Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily cash management operations, ensuring accurate and timely execution of transactions. Design, implement, and refine cash management automation strategies to enhance efficiency and mitigate risk. Manage short-term liquidity and investments, optimizing returns while maintaining compliance and security. Support the development and execution of treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls. Monitor banking relationships and negotiate terms to achieve strategic objectives. Collaborate cross-functionally to forecast cash flow and provide actionable insights to senior leadership. Maintain comprehensive documentation and deliver clear, concise reports on treasury activities and performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience in treasury operations, with a strong focus on cash management automation. In-depth knowledge of short-term investment vehicles and strategies. Solid understanding of treasury functions and best practices. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to convey complex ideas with clarity. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment. Proficiency with treasury management systems (TMS), Excel, and related financial technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:Professional certification such as CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) or equivalent. Experience leading treasury transformation or automation initiatives. Track record of building high-impact relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
