Key Responsibilities:Conduct individualized and group coaching sessions to improve Spanish communication, diction, and vocal performance. Assess client needs and develop personalized lesson plans that target articulation, intonation, and confidence. Provide actionable feedback on written and verbal Spanish communication. Utilize industry-best practices and innovative techniques to support language development. Track progress and adapt coaching strategies to ensure measurable improvement. Collaborate with other team members to integrate voice coaching into broader professional development initiatives. Maintain detailed records of sessions and outcomes for continuous enhancement of services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:Native or near-native proficiency in Spanish with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven experience in voice, speech, or language coaching, ideally with adult learners. Demonstrated ability to craft engaging, effective, and personalized training materials. Strong empathy and cultural sensitivity, fostering trust and motivation among clients. Excellent organizational and time management abilities for remote, part-time work. Proficient with digital communication and collaboration tools. Passionate about helping others achieve vocal and communicative excellence.
Preferred Qualifications:Formal training in linguistics, performing arts, or speech pathology. Experience supporting professionals in customer service, sales, or public speaking roles. Familiarity with remote coaching technologies and methodologies.
