Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and highly skilled Videographer & Photographer with proven experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail and aesthetics combined with technical expertise in both photography and videography. You will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging content that highlights the unique personality of each restaurant, whether it’s elegant fine dining, vibrant healthy eats, mouthwatering burgers, or premium coffee experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Photography & Videography: Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photos and videos tailored to different F&B concepts (fine dining, healthy, burgers, coffee, and premium dining).
• Content Creation: Develop creative visual content that aligns with the brand identity and engages audiences across social media, websites, and marketing materials.
• Editing & Post-Production: Proficiently edit photos and videos using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom) to produce polished and visually appealing content.
• Concept Development: Brainstorm and execute content ideas that tell a compelling story and drive engagement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, chefs, and restaurant managers to understand content needs and ensure visual consistency.
• Shoot Management: Manage the entire production process, including planning, styling, shooting, and editing.
• Social Media Assets: Create short-form videos (Reels, Stories) and engaging photography content optimized for different digital platforms.
• Equipment Handling: Maintain and operate cameras, lighting, and other equipment during shoots.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of photography and videography experience, specifically within the F&B industry. A portfolio showcasing work with restaurants is required.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
• Creativity: Strong creative vision with the ability to bring concepts to life through visual storytelling.
• Attention to Detail: High standards for visual quality and composition.
• Adaptability: Ability to shoot across different environments—from high-end fine dining to casual burger joints and trendy coffee shops.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication: Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Passion for Food: A genuine love for food and dining experiences, reflected in the quality and style of content produced.

Preferred:

• Experience in short-form video creation.
• Knowledge of social media trends in the F&B industry.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus.
