Job Title: Remote Sales Representative

Your Salary, Commission & Bonus

• Fixed Salary: $1,000 per month
• Commissions on Monthly Sales

15% on sales above $20,000

10% on sales between $15,000 - $19,999

7.5% on sales between $10,000 - $14,999

5% on sales between $5,000 - $9,999

• Additional Bonus of $1,000 for every extra $5,000 in sales above $20,000.

Example Monthly Salary, Commission & Bonus for $28,000 in Sales

• Fixed Salary: $1,000
• Commission: $4,200 (15%)
• Bonus: $1,000
• Total Monthly Earnings = $6,200

Your Responsibilities as a Sales Representative

The Momentum LTD is seeking Remote Sales Representatives.
Our hiring process includes a mandatory 10-day performance evaluation. This evaluation serves as a realistic preview of the role, allowing you to demonstrate your sales capabilities in a practical setting. During these 10 days, you will be expected to:

· Contact a minimum of 20 client contacts per day (calls or visits).

· Offer to provide our Free Digital Design for the Client’s Door Mat

· Sell Door Mat with or without Logo in any size, shape, or color

· Request Referrals from clients

· Submit a Daily progress report to The Momentum LTD

Your Rewards during this 10-day Performance Evaluation

During this 10-day sales performance evaluation, candidates will be rewarded as follows:

• $1,000 for sales above $10,000
• $800 for sales between $8,000 - $9,999
• $600 for sales between $6,000 - $7,999
