Guest Relations Officer at Conrad Hotel – Etihad Towers in Abu Dhabi. This role is focused on delivering exceptional customer service, assisting with guest inquiries, and ensuring a personalized experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
- Anticipate guest needs and offer personalized services.
- Assist with check-in/check-out and VIP guest services.
- Coordinate with hotel departments to fulfill guest requests.
- Maintain accurate guest records and follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma (hospitality certifications are a plus).
- Previous experience in guest relations or customer service.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work day and night shifts.
