Equinox Technologies, an organization into cyber, cloud, and infrastructure solutions, as a part of market expansion plans is looking for a proactive skilful well-spoken Tele Sales specialist to be responsible for soliciting sales over the telephone and wherever required engaging in client meetings.
Responsibilities include contacting potential customers focusing on audience needs to close sales and documenting customer information, purchases, and reactions.
Job Description
- Have the patience and skills to connect with Enterprises and SMBs to inform them about a product.
- Respond to queries on the solutions and the services portfolio of offerings of the company.
- Engage with clients probing their requirements and act as a consultant over the phone to position the right solution.
- Ensure maintenance of proper records and update customer information in the database.
- Manage the concerns of the clients and patiently hear and respond to their grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
- Ability to go the “extra mile” to engage and meet the sales quotas, facilitating sales and revenue generation.
- Maintain proper records of calls and sales and document helpful information.
- Engage and coordinate with clients for any seminars or events.
- Proactively pitch and share marketing materials to potential clients updating new launches and versions of the technology solutions.
- Create marketing content for the website and the solutions promotions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role in the technology space.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Excellent spoken and written knowledge of English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with cool-tempered, able to handle rejection.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
A graduate with 2 years of sales and business development experience with at least 3 years. Working knowledge of Excel, MS Word, Outlook, and the Internet.
