Job Description:

We are seeking an Associate Lawyer with a strong background in litigation, capable of representing clients in court hearings. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience, be licensed to practice law in Oman, and have a proven track record in handling legal disputes. Fluency in English is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court hearings, providing effective legal advocacy.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, memorandums, and statements of defense.
• Advise clients on legal matters and provide strategic guidance.
• Conduct legal research to support case preparation and strategy.
• Collaborate with senior lawyers and the litigation department to ensure successful case outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Omani Qualified Lawyer with a license to practice law in Oman.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in civil and criminal litigation.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple cases and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
