Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and driving growth within the real estate sector. You will be responsible for market research, lead generation, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships to expand our portfolio and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, clients, and industry stakeholders.
• Generate new business leads and secure new contracts and partnerships.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company revenue targets.
• Negotiate deals and contracts to ensure favorable outcomes for the company.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project coordination and client satisfaction.
• Attend networking events, conferences, and meetings to promote company services and expand business networks.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in the real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market and trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on growth and profitability.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous sales experience in real estate is a plus.
