Job Description
Facility Operations & Maintenance
- Oversee Daily Facility Operations: Ensure that all facility functions, including maintenance, security, and housekeeping, run smoothly and efficiently to provide a safe and comfortable environment for employees, tenants, or visitors.
- Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Develop and implement a proactive maintenance strategy for all critical building systems, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, elevators, and generators, to minimize downtime and avoid costly repairs.
- Security & Access Control:
- Maintain and enhance CCTV, access control systems, and security patrol protocols to prevent unauthorized access and ensure the safety of personnel and assets.
- Collaborate with security teams to implement best practices for crisis management and theft prevention.
- Energy & Sustainability Initiatives: Implement energy-efficient solutions such as LED lighting, smart HVAC controls, and water-saving fixtures to reduce operational costs and enhance sustainability.
Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Supervise external service providers, ensuring timely execution of facility maintenance contracts, including janitorial, landscaping, pest control, and waste management.
