We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled BIM Manager to lead our Building Information Modeling (BIM) initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with technical expertise, capable of managing complex projects and driving innovation in digital construction. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless integration of BIM processes across our high-profile leisure and turnkey projects.
Key Responsibilities
✔ BIM Leadership: Develop and implement BIM strategies, ensuring seamless collaboration among project stakeholders.
✔ Project Coordination: Oversee and manage BIM models across all disciplines, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.
✔ Team Management: Lead, mentor, and train the BIM team to enhance digital project delivery and maintain excellence.
✔ Standards & Compliance: Ensure all models adhere to UAE regulations, project specifications, and international best practices.
✔ Technology Advancement: Stay updated with the latest BIM tools, trends, and software advancements to drive continuous improvement.
✔ Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to integrate BIM methodologies into project execution.
✔ Clash Detection & Resolution: Utilize Navisworks and other tools to identify and resolve coordination issues before construction.
✔ Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive BIM documentation, reports, and digital records for project lifecycle management.
Qualifications & Requirements
✔ Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field (Attested by UAE authorities).
✔ Experience: Minimum 5+ years of proven experience as a BIM Manager in construction, interior fit-outs, or turnkey projects.
✔ Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Dynamo, BIM 360, and other relevant software.
✔ Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of UAE construction regulations, building codes, and project lifecycle management.
✔ Driving License: Valid UAE driving license is a must.
✔ Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
✔ Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining precision and efficiency.
