Job Description:

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in identifying and driving new business opportunities for our interior design services.

You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals, all while working independently to meet targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify potential clients in the interior design market (residential, commercial, or both).

Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and expand our business network.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, architects, real estate professionals, and other stakeholders.

Present our services and solutions to potential clients through meetings, calls, and emails.

Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Provide insights and feedback on market trends to improve our services.

Qualifications:Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field (preferably within the design, architecture, or real estate industry).

Strong network within the interior design and/or construction sectors is a plus

.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales goals.Knowledge of the interior design industry is an advantage.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working on a commission basis.
