Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment.
- Conduct thorough inspections to ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in electrical systems, providing effective solutions.
- Rewire full properties, including residential and commercial buildings.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as plumbers and carpenters, to complete projects efficiently.
- Carry out heavy lifting during installations or repairs when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Electrician in residential and commercial settings.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to assemble components accurately.
- Familiarity with wiring regulations and electrical safety standards.
- Ability to interpret electrical diagrams and blueprints.
- Competence in using testing equipment to diagnose and repair faults.
- Basic maths skills for measurements and calculations related to installations.
- Experience in commercial driving is a plus (for transporting equipment).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gas installations, maintenance, and plumbing systems, with a keen focus on safety and compliance. This role involves working on both residential and commercial properties, ensuring all work meets industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair gas appliances, heating systems, and plumbing fixtures.
- Conduct thorough inspections to ensure compliance with gas safety regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in gas and plumbing systems, providing effective solutions.
- Perform general plumbing work related to gas installations.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, including electricians and carpenters, to complete projects efficiently.
- Carry out heavy lifting when required during installations or repairs.
- Maintain detailed records of work completed, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Requirements:
