We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Investor Relations Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with our investors and help drive the growth of our global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute an effective investor relations strategy to attract and retain investors globally.
• Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective investors, ensuring clear and transparent communication.
• Prepare and present detailed investment reports, presentations, and materials for investor meetings and roadshows.
• Act as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries, addressing concerns and providing timely updates.
• Conduct market research to identify and onboard potential investors who align with the company’s vision and objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure investors have a seamless experience.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and global investment opportunities to inform decision-making.
• Organize and lead investor events, webinars, and meetings to showcase investment opportunities and company updates.
• Ensure compliance with local and international investment regulations.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on investor feedback, trends, and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in investor relations, finance, or a similar role, preferably in real estate or financial services.
• Strong understanding of global investment strategies, portfolio diversification, and real estate markets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships.
• Proven ability to prepare and deliver compelling investment presentations and reports.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data and market trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and investment management tools.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
• Experience with offshore investment structures and residency-by-investment programs is an advantage.
