Job Description

Looking candidates for the following positions;

1. Event Coordinator

The Event Coordinator will be responsible for managing all aspects of our events, from conception to completion. This includes coordinating vendors, managing budgets and timelines and ensuring the smooth running of the event on the day.

• Candidate should have minimum 2-3 years’ experience in the same field.
• Experience in analyzing drawings, production, and event setup is required.
• Auto CAD knowledge would be advantageous.
• Must have good communication skills and be able to join immediately.

2. Designer

We are looking for 2D & 3D Designer with following requirements;

• Minimum 4-5 years’ experience preferably in Interior Fit out, Events & Exhibitions
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc...)
• Proficiency in 3D Software
• Adaptability in fast paced environments

3. QS / Estimator

• We are looking for an experienced Estimator / QS with the following requirements;
• Minimum qualification is Bachelor in engineering, preferable Civil discipline Candidates
• Minimum 3 years of experience in estimating, preferable with in the interior fit out, events or exhibition sectors
• Prepare, analyze project plans and specifications to determine material, labor, and equipment costs.
• Attend project meetings and provide cost updates and recommendations.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.

4. Draftsman

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the same field.
• Responsible for preparing drawings & sketches on AutoCAD for the project.
• Preparation of Shop Drawings, As-Built Drawings and other sketches in 2-D/ 3-D for the project on AutoCAD whenever needed.
• Prepare diagrams, maps and layouts to illustrate workflow or work progress.
• Identify potential operational issues and redesign products to improve functionality.

5. Carpentry Foreman

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Carpentry Foreman to lead a team of skilled carpenters in constructing, repairing, and maintaining structures and installations.

• He should have minimum 5 years’ experience in the same field as a Carpentry Foreman.
