Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and driven Specialist Orthodontist with a DHA license to join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals in Dubai Healthcare City in order to deliver top-notch care to our patients. An empathetic person with a welcoming demeanor who is consistently willing to go above and beyond to guarantee the comfort and welfare of patients. A person who will diagnose, prevent, and treat dental and facial irregularities to help patients achieve ideal dental alignment and function. The perfect candidate should possess extensive experience in orthodontics, especially in managing braces, Invisalign treatments, and other corrective appliances, along with a dedication to providing top-notch care.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with assistants to take care of dental problems.
• Perform comprehensive oral examinations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Convey treatment options and progress to patients in an efficient manner.
• Diagnose and treat malocclusions with the help of Invisalign aligner systems.
• Properly fit and make necessary adjustments to orthodontic appliances for patient comfort and treatment advancement.
• Conduct routine dental treatments.
• Administer medication to patients to keep them comfortable during procedures.
• Educate patients on how to enhance orthodontic treatment and encourage routine dental health care.
• Establish an environment in which patients recognize that their well-being is of utmost importance.
• Ensure quality patient care and foster strong patient relationships.
• Stay updated about the most recent developments in orthodontic technology and techniques.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in orthodontics, including braces, corrective appliances and Invisalign aligners.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Excellent manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

· Outstanding patient management skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Culturally sensitive, with a patient-focused approach.

· Ability to work full-time and manage a busy patient schedule.

Education and Professional License Requirements:

· Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree.

· Specialist certification in Orthodontics.

· Valid DHA license

Compensation will be reviewed in the interview.
