Apres is looking for a passionate and creative Junior Florist to join our team! If you have a love for flowers, an eye for design, and a desire to learn and grow in the floral industry, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating floral arrangements for various occasions, including weddings, events, and daily orders.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the flower shop.
• Provide excellent customer service and help clients choose the perfect floral designs.
• Prepare flowers by cutting, watering, and conditioning them to ensure freshness.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies when needed.
• Work collaboratively with senior florists and the team to develop creative floral concepts.

Requirements:

• Passion for flowers and floral design (prior experience is a plus but not required).
• Strong creativity and attention to detail.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from senior florists.
• Basic knowledge of flower care and handling (training will be provided).
