About the Role:

RTM determines best distribution channels to deliver products according to customers type, reviewing the performance of current assets vs targeted ROI/KPIS. Ensure continuous enhancement to reach maximum efficiency. Drive program and project management for initiatives developing strategic plans, driving the strategic growth and expansion of sales operations.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, marketing or any related field.
  • 7 - 10 years of experience in sales development, with knowledge in RTM, data cleansing, operations, budget optimization and cost efficiency, power BI and Microsoft office.
  • Proficiency in analyzing sales data, market trends, and KPIs to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • High mobility (car is a must).
