Job Description
1. Sales Strategy Development & Execution:
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth in the UAE market, as well as expand into GCC and African markets.
· Identify key sales opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to drive customer acquisition and retention across regional markets.
· Set sales goals, track performance, and ensure the achievement of monthly/quarterly/yearly targets.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and partners across the GCC and Africa.
2. Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management:
· Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to build brand awareness, product visibility, and customer engagement in the UAE, GCC, and African markets.
· Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics in the GCC and Africa.
· Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, website management, and online advertising tailored to regional markets.
· Plan and execute promotional activities, trade shows, and events to enhance product presence and sales across the regions.
3. Private & White Labelling Expertise:
· Leverage expertise in white labelling and private labelling to develop customized products for clients, ensuring strong market positioning.
· Build relationships with manufacturing partners to ensure high-quality, cost-effective private and white-label products.
· Collaborate with the R&D and production teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet client specifications.
4. Team Leadership:
· Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve performance targets and foster a high-performance culture.
· Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the team to enhance skills and drive success.
· Collaborate with other departments such as supply chain, finance, and product development to ensure seamless execution of strategies.
5. Budget & Resource Management:
· Prepare and manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
· Monitor and control expenses to ensure all marketing and sales initiatives stay within the budget.
6. Sales Reporting & Analysis:
· Analyze sales data, track KPIs, and provide regular performance reports to senior management.
· Continuously assess sales and marketing strategies to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions when necessary.
7. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
· Enhance customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, improving the customer experience, and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.
· Ensure timely follow-ups and resolve customer issues to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Qualifications & Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
· Certified in CIM (Chartered Institute of Marketing) or equivalent professional marketing certification.
· Proven experience (5+ years) in sales and marketing management within the FMCG industry, with a strong track record of success in the GCC and African markets.
· Strong knowledge of the UAE market, consumer behavior, and industry trends, along with an understanding of regional market dynamics in the GCC and Africa.
· Solid understanding of white labelling and private labelling processes and strategies.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse team.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and data analysis.
· Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing market conditions.
· Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus)).
