Kibsons International LLC is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Stocks & Sales Coordinator to join our team in the retail and distribution sector. As a key player in the fruit and vegetable market, you will manage stock requirements, analyze sales patterns, and ensure efficient supply chain operations. This role requires collaboration with procurement teams and local suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels and ensure quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stock Management: Analyze sales trends, monitor daily stock movements, and plan loads to maintain ideal stock levels.
• Procurement Coordination: Work with the procurement team to source fresh produce from global suppliers at competitive prices.
• Local Market Sourcing: Coordinate with UAE and GCC market procurement teams to secure high-quality produce.
• Quality Control: Oversee stock quality, aging, and ripening to ensure sales targets are met.
• Market Analysis: Monitor competitor pricing, adjust product costs, and refine sales strategies.
• Order Management: Plan and manage orders to ensure a consistent and fresh supply in alignment with demand.
• Communication: Collaborate with sales, procurement, and operations teams to ensure seamless processes.
