DATACOM is hiring a Sales Manager for UAE market. Sales Manager will be responsible for growing revenue, securing product approvals, and fostering customer relationships. By blending technical knowledge with strategic sales approaches, the manager ensures Datacom’s solutions meet market demands for sustained success. Drives revenue growth, secures product approvals, and manages key accounts in structured cabling, data center, and FTTH solutions. This role requires strong techno-commercial skills.
Key Responsibilities
Approvals & Consultant Engagement
Secure product approvals by collaborating with consultants and authorities.
Track approval statuses to forecast project wins and revenue impact.
Market Development & Demand Creation
Identify opportunities in FTTH, data center, and cabling verticals to increase revenue.
Develop marketing strategies, analyze competition, and adapt to market trends.
Revenue & Account Management
Own and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Build relationships with integrators, distributors, and customers.
Proactively handle challenges, upsell or cross-sell, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Techno-Commercial Coordination
Create proposals that align technical solutions with customer needs.
Work with product teams on updates and feature enhancements.
Provide insights during negotiations to ensure feasibility and profitability.
Reporting & Sales Operations
Maintain accurate forecasts, pipelines, and project updates.
Use CRM tools for data integrity and informed decision-making.
Coordinate with finance, supply chain, and operations for timely fulfillment and invoicing.
