Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in business development within the creative, social media, digital marketing, advertising, or video production industries in the UAE.

The candidate must possess exceptional communication and presentation skills and have a strong network of clients looking for these services. A valid UAE driving license is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand the agency’s client base.

• Present and promote agency services effectively to prospective clients.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met efficiently.

• Stay updated with industry trends and market changes to identify new opportunities.

• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to clients.

• Negotiate contracts and close deals successfully.
