Key Accountabilities :

• Program Management: Drive the planning, implementation, and tracking of entrepreneurship programs, ensuring they align with BIG by Orange objectives and meet set KPIs.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and empower project supervisors and teams to deliver high-quality results across all program locations.
• Strategic Oversight: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation are met effectively.
• Performance Monitoring: Assess program performance and incubator effectiveness, providing actionable insights to improve outcomes.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with startups, governmental bodies, NGOs, and other ecosystem partners to enhance program impact.
• Workshops & Events: Oversee the organization and delivery of workshops, training sessions, and entrepreneurship events to align with program objectives.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure the successful delivery of all projects.
• Reporting & Communication: Prepare detailed progress reports for senior management, outlining achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
• Innovation Support: Lead the piloting of innovative initiatives in collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure all program activities comply with organizational policies and best practices in project management.
• Startup Evaluation: Oversee the assessment of startups, ensuring consistent progress tracking, adherence to quality standards, and alignment with program objectives.
• Ecosystem Insights: Stay updated on trends in the telecom sector and entrepreneurship ecosystem to maintain Orange’s leadership in supporting innovation.

Education & Experience :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management or Entrepreneurship (Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus).
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in managing entrepreneurship programs, incubators, or accelerators, with a demonstrated ability to design and implement impactful initiatives.
• Proven track record in successfully managing projects across multiple locations, ensuring consistency and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Experience in supporting and guiding startups, including designing mentorship programs, capacity-building workshops, and business development strategies.
• Familiarity with donor-funded or large-scale entrepreneurship projects, including compliance with funding requirements, is a plus
• Competence in tracking and analyzing performance metrics, extracting actionable insights to refine strategies and optimize results.
• Expertise in preparing detailed, data-driven reports and presentations for stakeholders, showcasing program outcomes and impact.
