Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef at Al-Asayel Company located in Amman. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, creating menus, managing food preparation, and ensuring the quality and presentation of dishes. Additionally, the Head Chef will train kitchen staff, maintain inventory levels, and adhere to food safety standards.
Qualifications
- Culinary Arts, Food Production, and Menu Planning skills
- Experience in kitchen management and staff supervision
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards
- Creativity and attention to detail in food presentation
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Certification in Food Handling and Sanitation
