Role Description

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior Art Director to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate concepts into compelling visual narratives. As a Junior Art Director, you will work closely with senior creative staff to develop and execute visually stunning campaigns.

Main Duties And Responsibilities:

• Concept Development, Assist in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for projects and campaigns.
• Design Execution, Create and refine visual elements for various media, including print, digital, social media, and more.
• Collaboration, Work collaboratively with copywriters, photographers, developers, and other team members to produce cohesive and effective designs.
• Project Management, Help manage project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Actively participate in the production process, providing technical expertise in animation, video editing, and special effects.
• Conduct hands-on reviews of technical assets like storyboards, animatics, and final renders, offering constructive input to maintain high-quality standards.
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies to keep designs fresh and innovative.
• Quality Control Review and refine designs to ensure they meet the highest standards and align with the brand’s identity.
• Support Senior Staff, Provide support to senior art directors and take on additional responsibilities as required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a director or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing editing skills and creativity.
• Strong leadership and project management abilities.
• Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effect, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Solid understanding of video formats, codecs, and delivery platforms.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and visual effects techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with audio editing software and techniques is a plus.
