We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Officer to oversee and optimize operational processes, ensure platform stability, and drive operational excellence. The successful candidate will work closely with management and technical teams to support business objectives and enhance efficiency.

Responsibilities

1. Operational Leadership:

• Oversee and optimize daily operations across all business functions.
• Monitor platform performance, ensuring stability and uptime.
• Identify and address operational inefficiencies.
• Develop and implement operational KPIs to track and enhance performance.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues and enhance system functionality.

2. Quality Control:

• Ensure transaction processing and system configurations meet quality standards.
• Conduct regular platform health checks and monitor error rates.
• Maintain operational documentation and procedures.
• Report on quality issues and propose corrective actions.

3. Process Management:

• Analyze and optimize workflow efficiency.
• Identify and address bottlenecks in processes.
• Maintain updated documentation for standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor process performance metrics and drive improvements.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Experience:

• Up to 2 years in operations or system administration.
• Familiarity with quality control principles and operational reporting.

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of operational processes and workflows.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, monitoring tools, reporting platforms, and quality control methodologies.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
