Sun Tours, a leading provider of tailor-made travel solutions, is seeking a dedicated Holiday and Reservation Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be customer-oriented and highly organized, with a passion for travel and a strong understanding of the travel and tourism industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with booking holidays, flights, tours, and other travel services.
• Provide detailed information on destinations, packages, pricing, and promotions.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
• Process reservations and payments, and issue invoices as necessary.
• Ensure high-quality service by addressing customer requests, changes, and cancellations.
• Stay updated on the latest travel products, industry trends, and promotions.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
• Resolve customer issues or concerns efficiently before, during, and after the trip.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the travel and tourism industry or a reservations role is preferred.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
• Experience with GDS (Global Distribution System) is a must.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• A passion for travel and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
