Job Description
IT department, the primary purpose of the Project Analyst role is to support in leading, oversee and ensure the successful delivery and management of single or multiple projects. The project Analyst` must do this within scope, to a certain quality, and within time and cost constraints.
Description
• Analyze project proposals to identify the time frame, funding limitations, and appropriate process for accomplishing projects.
• Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and required activities and tasks.
• Provide leadership and motivation to project team members throughout the project life cycle and confer with project staff to outline a work plan.
• Establish a work plan and staffing for project activities, iterations, or phases, and arrange for recruitment or assignment of project personnel.
• Implement a project communication plan.
• Perform risk assessment and implement mitigation plans.
• Monitor project activities.
• Assign duties and responsibilities to project personnel and define the scope of their authority.
• Direct and coordinate the activities of project personnel.
• Review status reports prepared by project personnel and modified schedules or plans as required.
• Establish standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation.

▪ Follows all relevant Department/Unit policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions.
▪ Ensuring the organization adheres to legal frameworks in areas such as discipline & grievance, redundancy, and employment law.

▪ Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls across the department to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, and a responsible environmental attitude.
Internal:
▪ The project sponsor and key stakeholders
▪ Project team/staff (including designated users or customers)
▪ Business unit (BU) management and executives
▪ Enterprise architects
▪ Subject matter experts (such as in security or compliance)
