Title: Sales Executive - Real Estate Company in Dubai

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at a reputable real estate company based in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the competitive Dubai real estate market.

Responsibilities:

-Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities in the real estate market in Dubai.

-Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

-Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to potential clients, guiding them through the sales process and addressing any inquiries or concerns.

-Conduct property viewings and present property options to clients, showcasing the unique selling points of each property.

-Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate offers to close deals, adhering to company policies and procedures.

-Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including client information, sales activities, and pipeline management.

-Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the competition.

-Collaborate with other team members, including brokers, marketing, and operations, to ensure smooth sales transactions and excellent customer experience.

Qualifications:

-Minimum 1 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry in Dubai.

-Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

-Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse clientele.

-Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and regulations.

-Ability to work independently, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.

-Proficient in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

-Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
