Senior Executive - Research Analyst

We are currently seeking a Senior Executive - Research Analyst to join our team at our Dubai HQ.


A typical day will include:


  • Collaborating with clients and project teams to define research objectives, develop research methodologies, and design surveys, questionnaires, or other data collection methods.
  • Overseeing or conducting data collection activities, such as surveys, interviews, focus groups, or observational research, to gather relevant information.
  • Applying statistical and analytical techniques to analyze collected data, identify patterns, draw insights, and interpret research findings.
  • Compiling research findings and insights into clear and concise reports, presentations, or visualizations that effectively communicate key messages to clients or internal stakeholders.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and ensuring research deliverables meet their requirements.
  • Staying up-to-date with market trends, industry developments, and emerging research methodologies to continuously enhance research capabilities and offer innovative solutions to clients.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams, such as project managers, data analysts, and account executives, to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
  • Conducting quality checks on research processes, data integrity, and analytical outputs to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Presenting research findings and recommendations to clients in a clear, engaging manner, and providing consultation on how research insights can inform business strategies.


To land this position you must have:


  • A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as market research, marketing, psychology, sociology, statistics, or a related discipline is often preferred.
  • At least 2 - 4 years of experience in market research, data analysis, or related fields is typically required.
  • Knowledge in quantitative and qualitative data analysis is essential.
  • Familiarity with various research methodologies, such as surveys, focus groups, interviews, and observational research.
  • Experience in managing and manipulating large datasets is often required.
  • Proficient in data cleaning, data coding, and data analysis using software tools like SPSS, SAS, R, or similar programs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effectively presenting research findings, preparing reports, and interacting with clients or internal stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are important.
  • Familiarity with market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor analysis
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
