Business Development Manager

Via Medica International Healthcare LLC is looking to hire an experienced Business Development Manager for our International Team.


Requirements:


  • Experienced in Oil & Gas Companies is a plus
  • 5 Years Business Development Manager Role /Senior BD
  • Experience with International Projects is a plus


Essential Functions


  • Develops short-, medium- and long-term commercial strategy and action plan for Via Medica International.
  • Manages Accounts and oversees ongoing client maintenance.
  • Develops intimate knowledge of the area of operations, operational capacity and capability and act as the link between sales and delivery.
  • Leads in the development of proposals, responding to tenders and client negotiations
  • Represents Via Medica International at trade shows and seminars.
  • Product ownership for the Via Medica International Remote Site Medical Staffing Solution, including development and regular review (including internal stakeholders) of related Policy documents and approval matrices, as well as all template documents, presentations, proposals and contracts.
  • Development and regular updating of all key support documentation for use in tenders, including Country Service Portfolios as they relate to territories in various countries.
  • Develops proposals for clients in response to major bids and Requests for Proposals as part of Via Medica International.
  • Provides support where appropriate to other Business Development Managers in the development of such proposals.
  • Develops key Major Project, Bid, and RFP response procedures, consisting of clear guidelines and procedures to follow for the development of responses (from receipt to final delivery), facilitating the coordination of input and approvals from all relevant stakeholders.
  • Tracks and manages Via Medica International pipeline. Creates clear, actionable reports and summary tables for the CEO and CCO as necessary from the content.
