KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Targets/KPI’s:
· Creating Research & Development model for the manufacturing raw materials scalability on reducing cost of production. Either synthetic production or organic but impact should be same as of compostable.
· Model should work as a "Proof of Concept" for hitting investments and must be in line with current Climate Tech global proposition and funding equals.
· We need to pitch this proof of concept to Governments funds and regulators as well.
· Write a synopsis of a research project on above climate tech proof of concept and get acknowledgement by academicians in university for our raised funds to be diverted for the cause and well-established R&D, for pitching purpose to investors.
· Support in pitching and conducting presentations.
Assist/Represent on CEO roles:
Developing ecosystem for manufacturing and scalability of commercial use of biopolymers in reducing environmental pollution accumulated due to global plastic trash. Sustainability advisory in compostable produce & directing R&D for alternative raw material as organic replacement for scale of margin in production and ready supply in the region impacting lowering carbon emission and greenhouse effects averaging to target values set by UAE's & Global Leaders in COP28 - 2022.
Major Area of Working:
· Scale of Production for Compostable goods i.e., Bin Liners, Shopper Bags, Disposable utilities, etc.
· Market designs of compostable products and enhancing methods to divert organic waste from landfill, reducing methane emissions from organics, and delivering food nutrients to compost from the diverted waste.
· Leveraging production of bio-based compostable products (such as PHA) can use organic feedstock for production, helping divert more organic waste from landfill (e.g., bagasse, a material used in compostable packing products, is made from sugarcane pulp, a by-product of the sugarcane industry).
· Develop methods for processing correctly, compostable products can help reduce plastic in landfills, and associated environmental impacts.
· Facilitate and incubate and mature disruptive opportunities to grow commercial, new net zero’ energy markets in multiple non-plastic demand sectors, by connecting Ecoway Group to global initiatives and partnerships that connect the dots between government, industry, and finance first movers.
Enabler of change: (unification / standardization / digitalization / cost optimization)
· Act as enabler of change : Internally : network internally cross-business and functionally Via Community of Practices.
· Externally : via establishing and maintaining relationship with international non-plastic Compostable goods producing companies, key stakeholders, industrial bodies, associations, and other groups to develop opportunities.

Company:
Ecoway Groups’ MYEARTH.AE is the region’s first home grown Manufacturing Company focused on large scale production and distribution of ORGANIC alternatives to Single Use Plastic Products.
Established in the year 2017, MYEARTH’s Organic, Compostable and Biodegradable product range is comprehensive and extensive, the idea being holistic replacement of all types of Single Use Plastics from household, retail, and commercial usage. Bags are made from Cassava STARCH, and thus Organic, Natural, Biodegradable and are soluble in hot water. Avoiding Marine and Land pollution and preventing choking of animals on accidental consumption.
MYEARTH intends to partner with Government agencies, NGO’s, Public and Private entities to sensitize people on the environmental and personal hazards and long-term implications of plastic pollution and therefore promote sustainable living by adopting more organic alternatives to daily plastic usage and thus reducing the plastic waste generation and consequent pollution.
