Creative Director

POSITION

A Creative Director is an advertising professional who is in charge of a company's advertising and marketing efforts. They plan out advertisements, monitor campaigns that use their company's assets for promotion purposes and revise presentations as needed along with shaping brand standards.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION AND BASIC DUTIES


·        Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about CMPLEX and drive qualified traffic to our front door.

·        Content creation and captions writing for CMPLX. and for other brands when needed.

·        Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.

·        Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g., Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)

·        Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.

·        Event management / Develop and manage event calendar.

·        Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies.

·        Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis.

·        Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.

·        Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas.

·        Revise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, provide feedback to the creative team.

·        Monitor results of team efforts and propose actions for the future.

·        Collaborate with other teams, like marketing and operations to ensure brand consistency.

·        Working with marketing manager on mutual tasks and deliverables may assigned.

·        Draft and prepare leasing agreement for CMPLX.

·        Develop and maintain tenant handbook and policies for CMPLX.

·     Responding to leasing enquires, holding and managing schedules/meetings with leasers from day one until contract signing.

· Monitor and measure CMPLX tenant compliance to specified standards to ensure their operation within guidelines of their signed lease agreement, regulations, and Tenant Handbook obligations. 

·     Manage the flow of correspondence that comes into CMPLX such as enquiries, questions, and complaints, coordinating responses and ensuring that correspondence is responded to on time.

·        Remain actively involved in hiring and training creative staff.

WORKING CONDITIONS

·        Working 5 days a week and 9 hours a day in the creative office.

·        Most work tasks are performed indoors. Temperature is moderated and controlled by facility environmental systems.

 

SPECIAL JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

·        Hands on experience in content management

·        Excellent copywriting skills

·        Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)

·        Familiarity with web design

·        Excellent communication skills

·        Analytical and multitasking skills

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

·        Hand-on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design, and brand development

·        Outstanding leadership and organization skills

·        Exemplary interpersonal and analytical abilities

·        Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills.

·        Must be a creative and strategic thinker.

. BSc/BA in advertising, fine art, design, or relevant field; MSc/MA will be considered an asset.
