Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role is crucial to our growth strategy, focusing on lead generation, contacting leads, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation:
- Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including online research, social media, and networking events.
- Develop and maintain a database of prospective clients.
2. Contacting Leads:
- Reach out to potential clients via phone calls, emails, and social media to introduce Marketex’s services.
- Schedule and conduct initial meetings or consultations with potential clients to understand their needs and present our services.
3. Sales Closing:
- Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to ensure high conversion rates.
4. Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed information on leads and sales activities.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
5. Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and sales campaigns.
- Collaborate with the web development and design teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role, preferably in digital marketing or web development services.
- Proven experience in selling Marketex products, including website development, design packages, and digital marketing services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- High level of self-motivation and ambition.
