Tender Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of various types of tenders, EOI, RFQ
  • Ensure that necessary advice is received concerning tender preparation, including tax, legal, insurance, finance, technical & commercial teams.
  • Organising tender meetings, and ensuring tender documents are approved within agreed timeframes.
  • Coordinate, review, and amend proposal responses.
  • Formatting and proofreading tenders prior to submission.


Requirments, Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Should have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as tender coordinator.
  • Excellent understanding of tenders across a range of project categories.
  • High attention to detail, formatting & proofreading skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure & strict time frames.
  • Knowledge in Sap Ariba networks, or equivalent
  • Oil & Gas Experience
  • A pro-active attitude towards work & the ability to work autonomously.
  • Clear and friendly communication skills to work seamlessly with team member & other departments.
  • Should have Good English communication and knowledge in MS Excel.
