Accounts Assistant Cum Customer Service

Responsibilities

·      Build and maintain client relationship with existing clients and new prospects.

·      Setting up meetings with prospective clients to close deals. Understanding client requirements and suggesting the appropriate service package.

·      Update client details on CRM and maintain client database.

·      Responsible for onboarding clients by understanding their business operations, analysing the existing accounting practices, identifying gaps and advising accounting solutions based on their requirements.

·      Providing VAT advisory & consultation to client to help them understand the steps to be adopted by business to be VAT compliant.

·      Customizing chart of accounts & tax rates to customer need and preparing the opening balance sheet as per international accounting standards.

·      Preparing workflow for new business.

·      Train clients on how to use application and resolve or report any technical issues faced by clients while using application.

·      Raise Monthly subscription Invoices for clients from ERP.

·      Review accounts receivable on regular basis and follow up with clients on payment collection.

·      MIS Reporting as per the team requirements and provide strategic insights to top management for product enhancement.


Requirements

·      Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

·      3 to 5 years of experience in accounting. Experience with outsourced accounting firms will be an added advantage.

·      Knowledge of UAE VAT Legislation and familiarity with the FTA portal

·      Exposure to ERP for Small Micro Companies especially Odoo, Zoho etc.

·      Proficiency in MS Office

·      Fluency in English and Arabic is required.

·      Holder of UAE driving license

·      Customer oriented attitude and good communication skills

·      Team Player
