Job Summary

Support the IT infrastructure and suggest resources to plan, develop, deliver and support IT services to meet the business needs.

Roles and Responsabilites

  • Prepare for new or updated services and manage the change process within the framework of established regulatory, legal, and IT standards.
  • Provide second-level support for software and hardware problems.
  • Perform application support and application vendor interfacing services on behalf of the cluster.
  • Perform application support and application vendor interfacing services on behalf of the cluster.
  • Assist in the implementation and administration of Data Center architectures: a stimulating and welcoming environment.
  • Study, assess, analyze and design the network & security infrastructure.
  • Plan and implement network security measures to protect data, software and hardware.
  • Handle development of document design, network configuration, and data center assessment.
  • Monitor the performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and provide recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure.
  • Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs.
  • Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and software.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software or other network and system problems.
  • Perform other duties within the scope as assigned by his/her Performance Manager.
  • Assume the authorities assigned to him/her.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in his/her area of expertise.

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science and Information Systems
